Commissions for Personal use

Upon commissioning, you agree to these terms.
Commissioned work and drawing processes may be posted to my social media pages. If you don't want it posted, please inform me during the initial consultation.
I have the right to refuse any commission I don't feel suitable for or comfortable with for any reason.
My work is NOT to be used for AI or NFT/block chain/crypto related databases.
Pricing may change depending on the complexity of the illustration.
The product you will receive is DIGITAL not physical.

Use the contact page to email me and we can talk about what you would like to have illustrated. Then I will give you a price quote.
Once an agreement has been reached by both parties on the commission, I will send you an invoice via PayPal for the first half of payment.
I will begin the commission only AFTER receiving the initial 50% deposit.
I will keep you updated regularly with sketches and in progress screenshots. With your feedback, I will continue to revise the artwork until it is exactly what you are looking for!
Once I begin the final rendering ( i.e. inking/lineart, shading and tones) any large changes may result in additional fees.
At the completion of the work, I will send you an invoice for the final 50% installment.
Once payment is received, I will send you a download link to the high resolution .PNG file of the artwork.
You may request any other file types if needed.

All prices are in $ USD
All payment will be processed through PayPal. No exceptions.
Payment is split in half. 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the work.
Upon agreement to take on your commission, I will send you an invoice requesting payment, please do NOT send any payment before.
Once I have begun sketching, your initial deposit is NOT refundable.

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use on social media ( i.e. profile pictures, posts, cover images...etc) as long as the artist is properly credited.
You may print the artwork for personal use only
Artwork is NOT permitted for commercial resale.

The Stardazed Trail

The Stardazed Trail (the artist) holds the rights to the commissioned artwork.
Artwork may be used for promotion on social media and website, unless the client has elected to not have it posted or shared publicly.
